Help from simple supply of large bulk parcels to blending the wine to get it at its absolute best ready for bottling.
And from making it ready for bottling (including help with bottles, labels, etc. if required), freight of the wine to
bottling, bottling and shipping options.
You can be confident in the process as we've supplied over 50 different different companies over the years including Penfolds, Seppeltsfield and Coles liquor group just to name a few.
VINIFICATION
Cold soaked on skins to extract colour and extended skin contact after fermentation for a total of 10-12 days adds
structure and weight to the palate. Gently pressed and allowed to undergo secondary fermentation in Oak barrels.
MATURATION
All our wines mature in barrel from 8-20 months depending on quality level and the desired end use. New French oak and American oak options for your high end wine label as well as older French and American Oak Hogsheads for fruit forward wines.
VITICULTURE
Our vineyards are single cordon spur (hand) pruned vines, 2-3 tonnes tonne/acre, shoot thinned to increase air flow and sunlight onto bunch zone and to add balance for the vine to produce high grade fruit.
